We support our dental assistants throughout their careers through in-house or external training courses.

Whether they’re on a professional training contract, already qualified or working as points of contact in the company, we give them opportunities to develop their skills.

ENJOY SET WORKING HOURS

Our dental assistants are employees in our centres. They work four days a week, from 8.45am to 7.30pm with a lunch break. Set working hours and no work on Saturdays! This means their pace of work is calm and they can enjoy a good work-life balance.

CAREER PROSPECTS

In our centres, dental assistants can develop within the company and take on extra responsibilities. For example, they can become point-of-contact dental assistants and coordinate the centre’s clinical operations or take on more administrative roles (centre coordinator, centre director and so on).
